Bristol Youth Lacrosse is a non-profit Youth Sports League dedicated to teaching the exciting sport of Lacrosse to Youth (Grades K-8) throughout our community.
Developmental Team for Youth in grades K - 2 (Lightning Team). No experience necessary. These players learn to play lacrosse in a safe and fun environment! Practices are held once-a-week in March and twice-a-week beginning in April, with games against other teams at the same level.
Boys-Style Lacrosse for Boys and Girls grades 3-8 (Grades 3-4 are Bantams, Grades 5-6 are Juniors, and Grades 7-8 are Seniors). No experience necessary. These players learn to play and enhance their skills in a safe and fun environment. Each level provides a higher intensity and enhanced training to increase the players skills. Practices are held once-a-week in February and March and multiple weekly practices and games beginning in April.
Girls Team (for girls grades 5-8). No experience necessary. These players learn to play and enhance their skills of girls-style lacrosse in a safe and fun environment. Practices are held once-a-week in March and weekly practices and games beginning in April.
Boys-Style equipment includes:
Helmet, Lacrosse Stick, Gloves, Shoulder Pads, Arm Pads, Cleats, and Mouthguard.
(All but mouthguards and cleats can be provided for the season with an additional equipment deposit).
Girls-style equipment includes:
Lacrosse Stick, Goggles, Mouthguard, and Cleats

In the Spring of 2013, Bristol Eastern and Central High Schools initiated Boys Varsity Teams and a Girls Co-op Team.
